can i remove the oil seals from my power steering housing on my 340 utility tractor ( 1 seal on right , and one on left side steering arm housing) from the outside of the housing if i remove my steering arms, if so , do i need any special tool? , and does napa carry these oil seals ih# 94 073 r91 thanks for any advice on removing ols seal, and installing new. JimG
