Stephen: Depends a lot on how the 140 is currently equipped. 3 point hitch conversions are very easy to build if tractor is equipped with fast hitch. I have 3 point hitches on my 130 and 140 fast hitch tractors and I can switch from 1 point fast hitch to 3 point hitch, or vice versa in less than 5 min. and without the use of wrenches. I can also switch to my rear cultivators almost as fast.
If the tractor has a standard U type drawbar, 3 point hitch will be more expensive to build and like the drawbar will have to be removed to use the cultivator. A very cumbersome job at best.
I build hitch kits for these tractors, and I can build a kit that speeds up the change over on the U drawbar tractors. It makes it so one can change from drawbar, to cultivator to 3 point by removing nothing more than hair pins. Quick to change and convenient to use, but it will cost close to $1,200. One can built much the same for a fast hitch 140 for roughly $500. I'm not talking about what has been on the market for years, but rather hitches that will lift 600 to 1,000 lbs.

Originally the company was called the Cleveland Motor Plow Company which began in 1912, then the Cleveland Tractor Company (1917) and finally Cletrac.
