The unit is simple to adjust. After you remove the oblong metel cover held on with a screw, you will see two adjusting screws with jam nuts which take a 3/4 wrench. The front screw sets the power band and the rear one adjusts the brake. With the IPTO lever floating between off and on, loosen the front jam nut and turn the adjusting screw down several turns and try the tractor under load. Adjust it again if necessary. If you can't make it work by doing this you will have to take the unit apart. Its not a real bad project. 515 847 2731
