Not quite the precise numbers you need, but if you can figure out how tall of tire it needs to sit right with the rears and how much spoke you have left you can fit whatever rim works out - for that matter it's not hard to extend or reduce the spoke length if you need by just welding flat stock or cutting them to match.
I actually did that backward on a pair [going back to steel] for a Regular [many years ago] - actually brought them into a welding shop and by not having a required timeline they were able to charge basic hours rather than shop-rate, so it wasn't bad. They did note it was a bit cumbersome to keep the rim "square" with the hub, but certainly doable.
