The main 4 bolts to the lower bolster casting are the same from an H up through a 1256 (I've measured). The rear supports to the frame rails will be different as the SMTA is wider than the H.
The steering arm bolt pattern is different, as well. I just used a torch and slotted out the holes from the 450 arm to fit my H (cheapest solution). I vise-gripped the H lower bolster to the 450 steering arm and slotted the holes to fit.
