The decals are from TSC and come as a kit. They might be vinyl, but I am not sure. They are a matte finish. They are not cut out around the letters. The front tires are 5.00x15 and the rears are 11.2x36 Titans. Yes, I did hand paint the IH on the grill. I took the origional plate and masked it off and painted it. It was not bent too bad or I would have bought a new one from IH for $7. Funny thing is, I have much more time in it than the $7 IH charges, but it was fun.
