couple things i'd do. 1- drain the fuel tank and flush it 2-drop the carb bowl and clean it out good, blow out the fuel lines. 3- pull the spark plugs, couple squirts of automatic trans fluid in each cylinder, roll the motor over a couple times. drain engine oil, check for antifreeze or any creepy looking stuff in there, if ok, refill with fresh oil and change filter. 4- check coolant and belts. 5-pull distrubutor cap, inspect points, maybe shine em up with some 320 grit sandpaper.
crank the motor over and check for spark. if you got spark, button everything up and see if she starts. watch the oil pressure real close if it fires up. the pump can loose its prime.
