With everything assembled and engine stopped, make sure you can get fuel flowing freely out of the bleed screw on the water trap by gravity. After you do that, then move to the drain on the first filter, and then to the top of the first filter. Then start it up on gas and bleed the bottom and top of the final filter. I would bet by the time you do whatever you have to to get fuel flowing out of the water trap by gravity you will have solved your problem. Write if you need more help.
