If you are talking about the hydraulic lever on the right side of the torque tube that operates the valve in the belly pump, well, those are as common as clouds in the sky. They made around 300,000 Ms and Super Ms, and most of them came with that lever. It's not something that's commonly lost, so most of the junkers will have the levers still attached. All you need to do is find a parts M and get yourself a lever.
