My friends father passed away last month & left him a Farmall Regular. He would like to add an electric starter. He has small children & doesn"t like the idea of adding a chevy flyweel & starter to the shaft coupler. There"s a lot of room under that hood, could I fabricate some mounts & use a starter/generator off a 154 lowboy? I could tack another pully on his exhisting top pully. anyone ever done this?? Other ideas to add a starter?
