If you look at the pump on the left side of the tractor you will see where the power steering lines bolt to it. Just below those you will see a plug. pull it out start the tractor and be ready to shut it off when fluid comes out. put the plug back in and restart it. all the thing not working should be. If it doesnt prime make sure the seal on your filter cover isnt ripped.
