No, all you do is remove the hose. Be sure that whatever the hose goes to is supported or on the ground so when you take the hose off it doesn't drop. With the engine off, move the hydraulic lever for the hose you want to remove back and forth to drain any pressure. Put a bucket or catch pan under the hose end. One end of the hose will have a swivel which is removed first then the other end. I always hold the hose up over the bucket to drain out any excess fluid. Good luck.
