Hi, there is an inspection plate than can be removed on bottom of bell housing to look at the clutch. The transmission is driven by the inner shaft and the outer shaft is the PTO shaft. The PTO shaft is driven by splines on pressure plate. The PTO shaft also drives the hydraulics. Take the cover off the top of the transmission (between hydraulic housing and dash) and check that transmission shift control rod is working properly.
