Kirk,10-20 were never made in 1936,they were prior to that.I think 1923 -32 but Im not sure of these years,if someone painted any thing red prior to 37 it was their choice and not the factorys.The color changed in Nov of 36 but these were actually still on the assembly lines and on the lots and were numbered as 37s
