Set the grill out in the sun for a week. Then sand off most of the paint on the top with 220 WOD and a vibrating sander. When it's almost through to primer, hand sand it smooth with 320, and sand the rest of the grill with that 320 also. I'd sure like to see you get a spray gun, and use the 2150 with a hardener. Those touch up guns hold 8 oz of paint and will do a grill fine and dandy. You can't do a decent job on the hood or fenders with rattle cans.
