Is the primer you used compatible with the 2150? If not, the finish coat will wrinkle and lift every time. Also, is there a chance that some oil or other impureties got onto the surface before the final coat went on?
There is nothing wrong with using rattle cans. Quite a few of us paint our tractors with rattle cans and achieve excellent results. Top notch paint jobs come with experience and ONLY experience. High dollar paint guns in the hands of an in-experienced user will usually get poor results.
