I'd spray some Loosen All, or PB Blaster on those two nuts under the front frame and let it sit for a day. They are usually rusted up a lot. Also look for cotter pins through the nuts. They have to come out first.Many times the nuts atay put and the whole stud comes out of the radiator support.If that happens, chase the threads with correct die, apply some never seize, and put the whole affair back in when you reinstall radiator. Depending on type of cap on drain pipe that may have to come out also. Should be springs above the nuts. Replace if necessary. I use self locking nylon nuts on install so I don't have to fight those old nuts and new cotter pins. Can I ask why you are removing it? It can be cleaned by a shop, ON the tractor. Repair of leak thoughr requires that it come off.
