If as the other respondent said, " the discbine has two single action cylinders", you may well be running out oil when it stops lifting. These systems don't have much oil capatity and can run out quick using single action cylinders. In that case we always added a 2-3 gallon reservoir high enough so it will graviety feed into the tractor reservoir.
I don't think your pump is rebuildable, have to go new.
But first I'd get a container with a hose out bottom, plumb that to the tractor fill plug to give the system extra oil. Remember also, you have to remove hydraulic breather on top of tractor reservoir, just below the control valves. Cap that port and the breather has to go on top you aditional reservoir. We used to buy small cylinder tanks for this, 50 years ago.
