Pheasent numbers are way down here in Iowa, I think due to last years flooding and rain, loss of CRP Acres, and a fairly hard winter, also the number of coyotes seem to be increasing. I run a mainter on the gravel roads here in northeast Ia, I have not seen a pheasent all spring, I cover 90 miles of road,lots of turkeys out there!
