If your 784 has the hand pump like similar models such as the 606, 656, and it is the top seal that is leaking, it is easily replacable after you remove the steering wheel. There is a cap and felt washer under the wheel and then a snap ring holding the seal in place. You can crank the engine and let hyd psi blow out the seal, loosen a line and blow compresed air into the hand pump, or some say you can put the wheel back on and give it some turns/jerks to loosen the seal. Go to casih.com and do a search for parts and enter the 784. You will need a puller to pull the wheel and maybe a little heat. Check the archives here for more info.
