I bought a new 4 inch wide belt, 20 ft total length a couple years ago to run my feed grinder. Got it from HitnMiss.com which is a site that specializes in antiques engines. As I recall, it was around $90 plus the shipping and is a two ply belt. They also have 3 ply belts for heavier duty. These folks can supply any width and length flat belt you need, but not cheap. There are usually some on there.
