The valve listed as safety valve is the relief valve, regulator valve is the unloading circuit which operates in conjunction with the screen orfice and the regulator land on control spools to return system to low neutral pressure . Same basic idea as 300, 400 560 etc. The extra valve to operate hitch is a flow through type ported through the base to utilize same relief valve as rest of system. You can hook a gauge into the line going to hitch to check relief valve. I would advise using a flow rater or a valve in line with the gauge so you could very gradually restrict flow just in case some one installed something wrong in relief (safety) valve giving you too much pressure. I don't know pressure off the top of my head but I am thinking 1200 psi.

What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?").
