Can you check with a test light to see if you power going into the light switch ? Make sure your test light is well grounded, also sometimes it can be difficult to get new lights properly grounded if the light bar is a little rusty, or if the area where the light bar mounts is loose or rusty / dirty. Try lightly sanding or filing the area on the light bar where the lights clamp on and make sure they are very tight. If you have power going into the switch, but not out, you could hve a bad switch??
