The I-4 originally likely had split rims for 24 inch tires. I have an I-6 and it has split rims and 24 inch tires. I think the I-4 would be the same, except the rims would be for a narrower tire. It's possible that one piece rims from a w-4 would fit, but you better measure first. I know that the hubs are different between the I-4 and the W-4. The I-4 has a solid cast disk hub, whereas the W-4 has a spoked hub that is a lot lighter weight.
