when I tried to start my 3220 this morning it wouldn't start, the lights on the dash turn on but the starter motor doesn't turn over, it doesn't even sound like it is engaging the starting gear. I have my foot on the clutch, but I couldn't tell if there was a problem with the clutch safety switch when I tried testing it. I think the problem is electrical, all the wires appear to be attached to the starter and the ignition switch. I put a volt meter on the battery and it shows just under 12 volts. any ideas?
