It may have, but use heavy flat washers and red locktite on clean dry threads. I (and many others) believe that lock washers are a failure point. They crack into pieces and fall out. Even if they stay put, the metal of the nut must be soft enough to allow the cutting edge of the washer to bite in. Soft nuts are just that. JimN
