The ice cream vending tractor is still viable. I bought a SS vending unit/soda fountain several years ago. It has an NSF (?) badge. It will plug into the front or rear fast hitch.
Just for giggles, I have been thinking about buying a used 4 or 6 qt White Mountain ice cream freezer on eBay. It could run off the output on the Prince pump that I will be using as the hydro-creeper drive motor(seen in last picture) when disengaged from the bull pinion. I would do this as a "proof of concept" exercise to see if people would be willing to try my ice cream.
A full out vending tractor will need a bunch of 6 or 8 quart IC makers. They will have to be new and very clean looking.

Today's Featured Article - Oil Bath Air Filters - by Chris Pratt. Some of us grew up thinking that an air filter was a paper thing that allowed air to pass while trapping dirt particles of a particles of a certain size. What a surprise to open up your first old tractor's air filter case and find a can that appears to be filled with the scrap metal swept from around a machine shop metal lathe. To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
