There are many guys on here that know more than I do about these tractors. My F-20 has a Heisler overdrive. It has a cast iron housing and is about 4" thick 8" wide and 6" tall. The overdrive box basically doubles the input shaft speed, giving you 8 forward speeds and 2 reverse. The Behlen road gear gives you one more gear, giving you a 5 forward speed transmission. I think it is an aluminum housing in which the shifter handle is on the right hand side. I have been told the handles like to break off so it may not there. There is another box out there but I know nothing about it. Like Old-F20 said, send a pic and he will tell you what you need to know. Good Luck.
