Probably fuel related, and probably the culprit is the needle valve stuck in the closed position because of varnished up old gas. You might get lucky and get it loosened up by gently tapping on the top front of the carb, or, remove the fuel line where it fits into the carb inlet and then spray a bunch of carb cleaner in there and then do the tapping thing again. If that doesn't work, you'll have to remove and disassemble the carb, BUT before you do that, make sure the shut-off on the sediment bowl is OPEN, and there IS fuel in the tank. (don't laugh, we've all done it)
