if that dont work, then you could unbolt the rod and push sleeve out (if it has one)with hyd. jack..clamp rod in vise and work on it from there. probably just tear sleeve away from piston (dry sleeve)since it is toast anyhow.i have done it this way before.wet sleeve you could press it out.
