I have a 1938 W30 with 4 speed gear box it only does 2 1/2 mph it also does around the same speed in 3rd is there a problem i read somwhere that it should do around 12 mph It also has been on steels early in life now on rubbers has 4th gear been locked out for steel wheel use? Any info appreciated
