Did you adjust the fingers on the new pressure plate after installing it? Most new clutches do not come with pre-adjusted fingers and this might be causing it to release unevenly. Your clutch housing is webbed underneath so if your careful you can get under the left side of it with a flashlight and watch the clutch shaft come to a halt by pulling down on the clutch pedal.
