I would agree with Hugh. Just need to give it a little bit of time. When I go from forward to reverse or vice versa I lever the shifter in gear until I am stopped that tends to help. Also if you are going from 4th to 5th trying to get up to road speed you are going to need to double clutch it. Takes some getting used to but is quicker and better for the tranny.
