Goto part #15 which is the pilot bearing, there are 4 options available, under the 4th option you will see part number 3068278R1 collar, pilot bearing. I believe this is the piece you are looking for.
I will also say that I have probably rebuilt about 10 of these transmissions and I have never found the washer myself, or put one back in and none of them have ever failed.
