this is what i do : right or wrong i take the tank off the tractor turn it upside down and shake out what i can . I then strap the tank to thecenter of the rear wheel of another tractor that has been jacked up. i then CHOCK UP THE REMAINING THREE TIRES,drop several feet of chain in the tank get on the tractor and fire it up put it in low gear and let it spin
