Pretty sure we have the same guy. There is a road in Ingham county that carries his family name so I suspect they were long time residents. I deeply regret losing touch with him and wish I could have tapped that knowledge of his a little longer. He was the first of many friends I have made since getting into IH tractors. He knew he was ill because he told me as much...just did not know what ailed him. Very sorry to hear he passed. Thanks for the info.
