The lever beside the seat is for the rear lift (if so equiped). The zero or more levers to the right of the instrument panel are for remote valves, have nothing to do with the rear lift. The rear lift could be: 1) 2 point Fast Hitch, 2) 3 point fast Hitch or 3) 3 point commercial hitch. The 2 Fast Htches have draft control, the commercial does not. If it has the cable linkage for the draft control, it probably is no longer working.
