I have a SH that I use I 3 point 6 foot mower on. If what I am mowing is light I am ok but if the grass is heavy I work the tractor hard I think you would be pushing it with 7 foot on a 400. A 400 is more horsepower but I don't believe enough for a 7 foot bush hog.
