In that stance, I stand corrected! I have been researching an Applicators License for LA and it is called a "Pesticide Applicators License"... I was under the impression it followed the guidelines that insecticide applicators use since it started there. Here you can buy small amounts of 2-4-D (like a quart) but not a 1 gal, 2.5 gal, or 55 gal quanity w/o a license. I need to purchase so I can start whipping my land into nice pasture. I need to get rid of all the funky weeds that follow a clearcut and land clearing. I have peeps that can get it and have offered, but the license is free for a personal license and last 3 years. The commercial license is required for people spraying for hire and it cost like $300/year. This includes lawn care services and landscapers!
