Wi Dave, Around this part of Wisconsin (Sauk Co.) a trailer plow with good moldboards is always worth $250 (has to be complete, with coulters). Good tires are not that important, if they are too poor you can put on something that fits but are not good for vehicles. If the welder knows what he is doing he "might" get it right, but probably will need some grinding to make it smooth. See what he has when he is done; then if not too good offer $150. I am thinking of buying a "parts plow" (#8), maybe you might need a moldboard off that??? LA in WI
