The good news is yes. The bad news is they're very expensive. I can't quote a price. Hub City Gear has a gear box that slips over the Cub PTO shaft, reduces the RPM to 540, and reverses the rotation. I think it centers the output shaft too.
Goto the PTO section of their website. You can order direct or go through any bearing supply house. I hope it is still in production.
