Well the H (if not stuck) is a 700 dollar H if it is given every benefit of the doubt. The second tank is a gasoline reservoir for starting it on gasoline and then switching to Distillate (remainder from cracking gasoline with old technology) which has low octane rating, and burns only when the engine is warmed up well. It will run fine on gasoline, but has a lower compression ratio, and makes a bit less HP than a higher compression gasoline only tractor. The tanks are getting scarce, so that has authentic value. There were just too many made to make it special, though if a 40, it is in the second year of production. If you pay much more, it will be because you decide to. If it ran or had a compression check done it might be worth 800 to 1000. JimN
