I agree with the others, use only 9000 ft regular baler twine in IH Balers. The only models that work properly with plastis twine are the IH Balers with the "All Twine" knotters.
You can make plastic twine work reasonably well on the older IH knotters but you have to remove shims from the twine holder disk and keep the twine knife sharp. The basic problem is the plastic twine is thinner than regular twine and the twine holder disk lets go of the cut end of the twine when the bale is being formed.
