I have both a TD-14 and several 9 series wheeled tractors. Although I didn't take any measurements to research your question, I find it highly unlikely that the larger engine would fit the smaller tractor. The increased displacement was not just achieved with kits and a stroker crankshaft. Everything was much bigger.
Engine swaps into a 9 series tractor are difficult. The cast iron tub limits that potential.
