some later f12s and some f14s had electric start from the factory. f4 mag, generator on left side bolted to special lower radiator elbow with a couple brackets on it to hold generator in place. had a shield between manifold and generator for heat protection. starter, i do believe is on the right side in a hole cast into the housing. battery box could be mounted on left or right side. switch is mounted on the steering wheel colunm, would probably have one headlight and a small rear light. very unussual to have on f12/14. nice find. pg
