James: If I were selling that Cub, I'd call it as the model badge or decals call it. Unless there is something in the model badge that indicates industrial, I would not mention it. As screwstick said, paint color was the only difference.
In the mid 60s IH started going after numerous markets with the Cub. You have the original Farmall Cub, then CubLoboy, 154 and the various Cadets. I don't ever recall any of them being refered to as industrials. I may be wrong, as I was not in the market for that size tractor in those days.
