I AM NOT SURE IF YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THE RE-BAR BEING WELDED TO THE MAIN SOCKET BAR,IF SO IT IS A NO SLIP STEP FOR GETTING ON AND OFF THE TRACTOR.IF IT IS THIS IT WOULD BE BENT INTO A FLAT LOOP ON TOP OF THE BAR.I HAVE SEEN IT ON MANY FARMALLS.
