If you have an overruuning clutch, you probably have a transmission driven PTO, although most PTO's on the 300's were live. The link is to the parts section of the CaseIH site, compare the diagrams with your PTO. The live one will have a large square "box" outside of the rear housing. The "dead" one will be a smaller circular insert. The seals could even be the same, but look at the part numbers.
