You go right to his house and ask to be paid. If he can't pay you ask him what he can afford per month until the bill is paid. It you still don't get any good results he is no longer a friend. I call them spam sucking low lifes. He knows the differece between right and wrong and it sounds like he has very little character. A man is only as good as his word.
