I"m reassembling my C after taking most everthing off for a paint job. Now runs OK but governor is "hunting", but seems to steady when touch control is raising or lowering drawbar/fasthitch.
I did drain hydraulic and have worked controls enough, I think, to bleed. Carb seems OK.
Float adjustment needed? Or are hydraulics involved somehow.
I have reviewed archives, but don't see help there.
